14 Years Factory wholesale TU-1D01-100 thermal wax actuator for automobile thermostat to Japan Factories Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

We generally continually give you quite possibly the most conscientious shopper company, and the widest variety of designs and styles with finest materials. These endeavours include the availability of customized designs with speed and dispatch for 14 Years Factory wholesale TU-1D01-100 thermal wax actuator for automobile thermostat to Japan Factories, The product will supply to all over the world, such as: Bandung , Qatar , Romania , In order to make more people know our products and to enlarge our market, we have devoted a lot of attention to technical innovations and improvement, as well as replacement of equipment. Last but not the least, we also pay more attention to training our managerial personnel, technicians and workers in planned way.
We thought the water heater in our brand new motorhome was totally dead. But there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with it! We simply made a mistake in using our RV’s water system. Don’t make the same mistake we did!
On April 11, 2014, we marked 11 years of full-time RVing. After all this time, we’ve learned an awful lot about how live in an RV and manage its systems. But that doesn’t mean we haven’t made mistakes.
As we look back on all the miles we’ve traveled and places we’ve been, we remembered one of our very first newbie mistakes. We want to share it here, in the hopes that we can save someone else from going through the same thing.

Full-Time RVers since April 11, 2003, we share DIY (do it yourself) RV maintenance, repair, travel, upgrade and operational tips & tricks.
While we’re not RV technicians, we’re very mechanically inclined and have learned a lot about RV systems over the years. We’ve handled most of our own minor service, maintenance and upgrade work on both of our RVs.
We meet lots of newer RVers who are eager to learn some basics about using, maintaining and caring for their rigs. After more than a decade on the road, we’re happy to share what we’ve learned (some of it the hard way).
We hope our experience can help other RVers go DIY, saving time & money while experiencing the satisfaction of a job well done. We’re handy RVers, not professional technicians. We’re happy with the techniques and products we use, but be sure to confirm that all methods and materials you use are compatible with your equipment and abilities. Regardless of what we recommend, consult a professional if you’re unsure about working on your RV. Any task you perform or product you purchase based on any information we provide is strictly at your own risk.
We sometimes receive products for evaluation at no cost, but our opinions are our own and we only feature products we personally use, love and can recommend to friends with complete confidence. This lab is an application of feedback control for a temperature control device. Heat output is adjusted by modulating the voltage to a transistor. A thermistor measures the temperature. Energy from the transistor output is transferred by conduction and convection to the temperature sensor.
This lab teaches principles of system dynamics and control. In particular, this lab reinforces: (1) Dynamic modeling with balance equations (2) The difference between manual and automatic control (3) Step tests to generate dynamic data (4) Fitting dynamic data to a First Order Plus Dead Time (FOPDT) model (5) Obtaining parameters for PID control from standard tuning rules (6) Tuning the PID controller to improve performance
