Cheapest Factory TU-1F91 thermal wax actuator for thermostatic automatic water drain valve for Brazil Manufacturers Detail:

1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

2. Characteristic

(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.

(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety

(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.

(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.

(5)Working life is long.

3.Main Technical Parameters

(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters

(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.

(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.

(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

If your vehicle is not equipped with Navigation, please see your owner’s manual for information on the automatic climate controls for your vehicle.

This is the panel you’ll use to set the climate controls. System functions will be displayed on the screen. To turn on the climate control system, press the ON-OFF button.

The AUTO mode may be used all year round. To turn it ON, press this button for automatic cooling or dehumidified heating. It will automatically regulate and maintain fan speed, air flow and temperature in the cabin. The AUTO mode can be turned OFF by pressing the DEFROSTER, MODE, A/C, AIR RECIRCULATION, TEMPERATURE CONTROL or FAN SPEED CONTROL buttons. To reactivate, press the AUTO button again.

These are the TEMPERATURE CONTROL buttons. Press the up arrow to increase the temperature, or the down arrow to decrease the temperature in the cabin.

Using the climate control system to heat the cabin when outside temperature is below 32° uses more electricity and affects vehicle range more than when using the heater at a temperature that is above 32°.

To manually control fan speed, press either end of this button. The PLUS icon will increase fan speed, while the MINUS icon will decrease fan speed.

Press the DEFROSTER button to select front and side window defrosting or defogging; an indicator will illuminate. The AC automatically turns ON when you select the defroster mode, to help dehumidify the cabin. Then press the TEMPERATURE CONTROL buttons to set the desired temperature to best meet weather conditions. For windshield deicing, the temperature should be set to maximum heat. Also, using the manual fan control, set the fan speed to high. To turn off the AC to prevent excessive electrical usage press the AC button.

To defrost or defog the rear window and, the outside mirrors, press the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER button. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, press again to turn OFF. If not turned OFF manually, this feature will automatically turn OFF in 15 minutes.

If you want to change how the AUTO function has set airflow coming through the vents, press the MODE button. Your airflow choices will be displayed on the monitor. Press MODE repeatedly to select from these choices:
    • air will flow from center and side vents,
    • air will flow from center and side vent and foot outlets,
    • air will flow mainly from foot outlets, or
    • air will flow from the defroster and foot outlets.

In hot or humid conditions, a visible mist may be seen coming from the vents. This does not indicate a malfunction.

To recirculate air inside your vehicle, press the intake air control button and an indicator light will illuminate. This helps A/C efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin.
Press the intake air control button to turn OFF the recirculation feature and allow fresh air from outside the cabin to be drawn into your vehicle. Please be aware that if the defroster is ON, the OUTSIDE AIR option will automatically be selected. Allowing outside air into the cabin helps the defogging process.

To set the intake air control to automatic, press the intake air control button and hold. The indicator light will blink twice and the inside/outside air circulation will be automatically controlled.

For manual control of air conditioning, press the A/C button to turn it ON or OFF.

The climate control system can be set to preheat or precool the passenger compartment using timers. The climate control timers operate when connected to a charger to help reduce power consumption from the Lithium-ion battery.

To set the timer press the Zero Emission button, then press the Climate Control Timer key.

Next press either Set Timer 1 or Set Timer 2 and enter the expected departure time. To set the timer for different days of the week press the Assign Days key. Now select the preferred timer setting for each day of the week then press the OK key which will return you to the previous page.

Once the settings are complete press the Save Timer key and a setting confirmation screen will display, if the settings are correct press the Yes key. The timer indicator will illuminate. Use the same procedure to set the other timer if needed.

Press the power switch to the OFF position and then connect the charge connector to the vehicle.

Please see your Owner’s Manual for more information on setting and adjusting climate control timers.

You may also remotely operate your climate control system using an internet enabled smartphone or personal computer. Please go to the “Remote Functions” Chapter or see your Owner’s Manual for more information on this feature.

Press the ON-OFF button to turn the system OFF.

There are temperature sensors that regulate the Automatic climate control settings. Please keep these areas clear of papers and other materials.
