In order to protect fruit trees and shrubs from desiccation during winter dormancy or transportation or to keep moisture in summer drought, Special Molding Moisturized Wax is spayed on the surface of trees, forming the protecting film in surface of trees. The film has some adequate micro pore that could efficiently reduce the losses of moisture in the surface of the trees, and it simultaneously ensures physiological respiration of the trees.

DRYING SECTION
•Used for surface drying of products after application of wax
•Temperature range 30oC – 50oC
•Electrical heaters with thermostatic control
•Rollers made of PVC or aluminum

SIZE GRADER
•Belt-roller type grader used for grading fruits & vegetables on the basis of diameter
•Product moves continuously on the belt in a single layer
•Series of Nylon roller hang on top of the belt & rotate on their own axis
•Diameters of nylon rollers differ from each other so as to create a gap between the moving belt and rollers
•The gap between the belt and roller grades the product
•Roller and other contact parts are fabricated from food grade material & structure is made up of mild steel
This project is about a Temperature controlled Fan, and it’s done using arduino and an FSM code. The project is constructed to measure the Temperature of the surrounding environment then changes the speed of the fan rotation according to the given value by the sensor. There are different states in this project for example if the measured temperature is less than 23 the fan have to rotate with 20% speed.if the temperature is between 23 and 27 the fan have to rotate with 40% speed, if the temperature is between 27 and 30 the fan have to rotate with 60% speed, if the temperature is between 30 and 34 the fan have to rotate with 80% speed, and finally if the temperature is above 34 the fan have to rotate with 100% speed.
