China New Product TU-1C07 thermal wax actuator for air conditioner and compressor for Oslo Manufacturer Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Automatic Climate Controls (if so equipped)
This is the climate control panel for adjusting air flow, fan speed, temperature, air conditioning, defrosting or defogging, and air intake.
The Auto mode may be used all year round. For automatic cooling or dehumidified heating, turn both the FAN SPEED CONTROL dial and the AIR FLOW CONTROL dial to AUTO. It will automatically regulate and maintain fan speed, air flow and temperature in the cabin.
This FAN SPEED CONTROL dial regulates fan speed at various settings. Turn to the left for slower speed, to the right for higher speed. To turn the system OFF, turn the dial all the way to the left.
Press the AC button to turn the air conditioning ON. An indicator light will illuminate. Press again to turn OFF. This is the TEMPERATURE CONTROL dial in the center. Turn it to the left for cooler, or to the right for warmer air.
This is the AIR FLOW CONTROL dial, which allows you to select air flow outlets. Refer to the pictograms for the various air flow combinations:
- Air will flow from center and side vents, From center, side and foot vents, Mainly from foot vents, and from the defroster and foot vents
Note: in hot or humid conditions, a visible mist may be seen coming from the vents. This does not indicate a malfunction.
Press THIS button to change the air circulation mode to air recirculation, outside air circulation or automatic control. When the air recirculation mode is selected, this indicator light will illuminate. The flowing air is recirculated inside the vehicle. This helps AC efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin. When the outside air circulation mode is selected, this indicator light will illuminate and fresh air will be drawn into the vehicle. If the circulation mode is set to automatic control, both indicator lights will turn OFF and the air intake will be controlled automatically.
To defrost or defog front and side windows, turn the AIR FLOW CONTROL dial to the DEFROST setting. Next, turn the TEMPERATURE CONTROL dial left or right to set the desired temperature. To set the defroster on high, turn the FAN SPEED dial all the way to the right. For windshield deicing, your temperature selector should be turned to maximum heat.
To defrost or defog the rear window and, if so equipped, the outside mirrors, push the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER switch. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, push to turn OFF. If not turned OFF manually, this feature will automatically deactivate in 15 minutes.
