1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

    This is a very simple demo video on my project. My project is about DIY Temperature-Controlled Automatic Fan by using arduino UNO. When the temperature reaches above 35 degree celsius, the relay is triggered to be ON and the DC fan will ON. It will remain ON if the temperature is above 35 degree celsius. Meanwhile, when the temperature drops to 35 or below 35 degree celsius, then the relay will OFF and DC fan will OFF.
