1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic

3.Main Technical Parameters

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

I show you how to fix the problem I had on my BMW E65 E66, out of nowhere the engine fan turned on super loud full blast like my engine was overheating, this would happen if when the engine was cold. There was no overheat warning on my dashboard, I already fixed my thermostat and it was still loud, and my BMW E65 E66 water pump still looked good. So I changed the lower coolant hose sensor and the water pump sensor and now my engine fan is quiet again. Thank you for watching.

The refractive index varies from about 1.4 to 1.3 in this range. These crystals are optically isotropic, middle hard, unsolubale in water. Modest precautions should be taken against moisture and high energy radiation damage. LiF is attacked by atmospheric moisture at 400° C, and softens at 600° C. LiF is sensitive to thermal shock. This is the best VUV transmitter available.
