The characteristic of Thermostatic Wax consists of its volume expansion amount can reach up to 13 ~ 15 % when it is heated from solid to liquid. We use this characteristic, when it is heated to a solid-liquid transformation, its’ heat energy can translate into mechanical energy. Thermostatic Wax has been widely applied to temperature auto regulation of thermal-driving and various thermal-starting devices.
For example, automobile thermostat has been most widely well known, it has cylindrical seal part that loads some Thermostatic Waxes inside. To realize automatic temperature control, it was designed by a special technical specification for the solid-liquid transformation of Thermostatic Wax. When the cylindrical part is heated, Thermostatic Wax in the part is also heated and making a solid-liquid transformation expansion, Thermostatic Wax pushes thermostat’s itself handspike to open the valve. When the cylindrical part gets cold, Thermostatic Wax also cooled and start to shrink, Thermostatic Wax pushes itself handspike back to original situation under the return load force to close up the valve to realize automatic temperature control.

filling technics and structure is designed and innovated by ourselves. It adopts large fluent filling and fix quantify filling . filling valve is SUS fine casting process,
it has airproof ring to avoid attrition of the metal .it is control by cylinder , and it is stabilization . in the filling process, barrel after washing transport to covey barrel screw.
The covey barrel screw apart the barrel equality to star-wheel. The star-wheel lead the barrel to filling system. When the filling cylinder meet journey switch, cylinder moves down to open filling valve. Filling valve start to fill. After filling , cylinder meet with journey
switch again and move up. Filling valve close. The barrel after filling export by star-wheel. And transport to capping machine by chains. Filling parts has 8 filling valves to satisfy the speed of the machine . at the same time , liquid position is nicety because of controlling by journey switch.

b. Auto-Loader: Auto-loading chains, precise bottle spacing and locating; Precise loading without friction at the bottom of bottle; CYLINDER-CONTROLLED reversible loading
c. Bottle Washer: 2 rinsing cycles; Washing both inside and outside under AUTOMATIC WATER LEVEL CONTROLL with detergent of temperature adjusted by sensors around 70°C; Final rinsing with spring or ozonized water (Ozone generator optional); Spraying nozzle eliminating the residual water of bottle via air blower;
d. Filler: Overflow pressure filling system; Filling accuracy of 99%;
e. Capper: Linear capping machine for press-on caps; Equipped with cap unscrambler and caps chute for distributing caps.
