High Quality TU-1J02 thermal wax actuator for electric switch valve to Romania Factories Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

“This is the climate control panel for your vehicle.
The AUTO mode may be used all year round. The system automatically regulates and maintains fan speed, airflow and temperature in the cabin. To turn the system ON, press the AUTO button. The indicator light turns ON when the system is activated.
The AUTO function can be turned OFF by either changing the fan speed or by pressing the DEFROSTER, MODE or OFF buttons. To reactivate automatic control, press the AUTO button.
To turn the entire climate control system OFF, press the OFF button.
Your vehicle has separate temperature control knobs for the driver and front seat passenger. The driver’s temperature control will set the temperature for both driver and passenger if the DUAL control is not activated. Turn the driver’s side control knob to the left for cooler air or to the right for warmer air.
If you want to adjust the passenger side temperature independently from the driver’s side, press the DUAL button or turn the passenger’s side temperature control knob. The DUAL control indicator light will illuminate. Turn it to the left for cooler air or to the right for warmer air. The passenger’s side temperature will be displayed on the monitor. To switch back to driver control, press the DUAL button again.
The MODE button provides a choice of airflow outlets. Press repeatedly to cycle through these four choices:
● Air will flow from center and side vents
● Air will flow from center, side and foot outlets
● Air will flow mainly from foot outlets
● Air will flow from the defroster and foot outlets Press the A/C button to turn the air conditioning ON or OFF.
Intake air control is automatically regulated in AUTO mode. Press the intake air control button to manually alternate between recirculating inside air and drawing outside air into the cabin. The indicator light on the active side of the button will illuminate.
The air recirculation mode increases air conditioning efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin. This mode cannot be used when in Defrost mode because allowing outside air to enter the vehicle improves defogging performance.
To return to automatic control of the air intake mode, press and hold the air intake control button for approximately 2 seconds.
Use the fan speed control buttons to adjust the fan speed. Press the PLUS button to increase fan speed. Press the MINUS button to decrease fan speed. When you
manually change fan speeds, it turns off the automatic climate control mode. To return to automatic climate control, press the AUTO button.
To defrost or defog the front and side windows, press the DEFROSTER button. The indicator light will illuminate. Airflow will be directed to the front and side windows.
In the DEFROST mode, the A/C activates automatically at temperatures above 23 degrees Fahrenheit and the air recirculation mode automatically turns off, allowing outside air to be drawn into the passenger compartment to improve the defogging and deicing performance. For windshield deicing, your temperature selector should be turned to maximum heat and the fan speed set to the high setting.
Press the AUTO button to return to AUTO mode. The system will return to your previous settings.
To defrost or defog the rear window and the outside mirrors, if so equipped, push the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER switch. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, push to turn OFF. If not turned OFF manually, this feature will automatically deactivate after approximately 15 minutes.
There is a temperature sensor located on top of the dashboard near the windshield that helps regulate the automatic climate control settings. Keep this area clear of papers and other materials.
Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations and additional operating information.

Economical and easy to use, the Robo Cylinder® is specifically designed to accomplish the simple tasks usually assigned to air cylinder units, but with greater flexibility, control, and efficiency. The Robo Cylinder PC Interface Software provides a simple, user-friendly means of ‘teaching’ your Robo Cylinder controller.
Robo Cylinder Control & Programming Software Multiple positioning is one of the main advantages the Robo Cylinder enjoys over pneumatic cylinders. Both the RCP Controller and the RCS Controller store 16 user-defined positions programmable throughout the full stroke length.
Programming the Robo Cylinder using the Intelligent Actuator RC software is a simple task. The controller was designed to be a “dumb” positioner, or a slave to a PLC or other master device. Once the positions have been taught through the software all the PLC need to do is select one of the sixteen possible positions (through binary inputs) and toggle a move signal.
Using only 16 positions and eliminating any programmability or user I/O brings down the system cost, making the Robo Cylinder very affordable. By utilizing our Robo Cylinder serial communication protocol, a PLC or industrial PC could store the point table and send over the changes via RS485. This method creates virtually an infinite amount of positions stored remotely in the PLC or Industrial PC.
Robo Cylinders can be controlled via standard 24VDC I/O or an RS485 serial communication link. By using serial communication in combination with the digital I/O, 16 Robo Cylinders can be linked together in a variety of network configurations to meet your low-cost automation needs. The RCS controller is available with DeviceNet, UNI-WIRE, CC-Link, or PROFIBUS network capabilities.
Point to Point Motion
Though the controller is simple to program, it is flexible in the positions that are taught. Each position in the point table can have it’s own velocity, acceleration, and deceleration. The Robo Cylinder can then move from point to point in response to external signals. In a point-to-point motion pattern the actuator will simply move to a programmed position.
Incremental Motion
Though the controller can only store 16 points, it can move to more positions. The point table has a field that will allow the position to be considered an absolute move or an incremental move. An absolute move will move to a fixed distance from home. An incremental move will move a programmed distance away from its current location. This would allow the actuator to move along its entire length if the same incremental move was executed enough times.
PUSH Function
In the “PUSH” mode the RCP motor will rotate at 75 RPM. The controller will be expecting to encounter a force during that “PUSH” movement. Once that force has been encountered the Robo Cylinder will “PUSH” or maintain constant, programmed torque against the force without entering an error or alarm situation. It will maintain the torque until the Robo Cylinder is instructed to move again. In the case that a force is not encountered the actuator will simply move a programmed distance and stop.
