1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

    Description;
    The intelligent device which performs the task is a Microcontroller. The charging unit is interfaced to Microcontroller. The microcontroller continuously monitors the charging parameters and controls the charging circuit accordingly. The microcontroller is capable of measuring battery voltage and turns OFF the charging automatically, if the battery has reached its limit. The system also alerts through buzzer alarm system when the battery charging reaches its limit. To perform this task microcontroller is loaded with an intelligent program written using embedded ‘C’ language.
