Leading Manufacturer for TU-1J04 thermal wax actuator for industrial thermostatic water regulations mixing valve to Brunei Importers
Leading Manufacturer for TU-1J04 thermal wax actuator for industrial thermostatic water regulations mixing valve to Brunei Importers Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Winfried doesn’t see much of his daughter Ines and decides to surprise her with a visit. It’s an awkward move because Ines has a responsible position as a corporate strategist in Bucharest. Winfried is a practical joker and his little jabs at his daughter’s lifestyle make things even worse. Father and daughter reach an impasse, and Winfried agrees to return home to Germany. Enter flashy “Toni Erdmann” – Winfried’s smooth-talking alter ego. Disguised in a tacky suit, weird wig and even weirder fake teeth, Toni barges into Ines’ professional life, claiming to be her CEO’s life coach. As Toni, Winfried is bolder and doesn’t hold back, but Ines meets the challenge. The harder they push, the closer they become. In all the madness, Ines begins to understand that her eccentric father might deserve some place in her life after all.
In this video, engineer Jim Bostwick of the HaydonKerk division of AMETEK Precision Motion Control explains the basic motion and power-transmission functions of his company’s lead-screw driven actuator assemblies. Shot in Chicago at the last PackExpo, this video also shows some leadscrew closeups. As Bostwick explains, this lineup of HaydonKerk products from 1/8-in. diameters all the way to 15/16-in. diameters. Leads range from 0.012 of an inch to three inches per revolution.
Some of the lead-screw offerings also integrate guide rails. Called the screw rail, these assemblies include both the rotary-to-linear subcomponent (in the form of the screw) and the linear rails to essentially handle radial, axial, and moment loads. In fact, some versions also include support frames for the screw … so engineers can get the design in versions up to eight feet long … without any worries about screw whip or vibration.
In this video, Bostwick also explains how step motors and even drives can go onto HaydonKerk lead-screw designs. His company sells these predesigned and preassembled as fully integrated turnkey actuators.
