OEM Factory for TU-1D03 thermal wax actuator for industrial thermostatic water regulations mixing valve to Lisbon Factory Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

With our leading technology also as our spirit of innovation, mutual cooperation, benefits and development, we are going to build a prosperous future jointly with your esteemed company for OEM Factory for TU-1D03 thermal wax actuator for industrial thermostatic water regulations mixing valve to Lisbon Factory, The product will supply to all over the world, such as: Sri Lanka , Guatemala , Ireland , Since the establishment of our company, we've realized the importance of providing good quality goods and the best before-sales and after-sales services. Most problems between global suppliers and clients are due to poor communication. Culturally, suppliers can be reluctant to question points they do not understand. We break down these barriers to ensure you get what you want to the level you expect, when you want it.
The CLDP (Closed Loop Differential Pump) servo drive can be used for all direct linear motions, especially when dynamic response, reproducibility and reliability are needed. Unlike electromechanical shafts this self-contained servo drive offers customers the full range of benefits of a hydraulic systems solution. These include overload protection, high power density and virtually wear-free operation. Thanks to an integrated servo pump, the energy efficiency is significantly higher than that of conventional solutions.
The servo drive covers a power range from 25 kN to 500 kN and speeds of up to 1 000 mm/s. Force and position control are simple and precise. The large number of designs and sizes allows making a quick and ideal choice for your application. Thanks to the compact design of the CLDP servo drive very simple system integration is possible.
Brad Vorrie Presents Exlar Tritex II Part One: a product overview
The Tritex II is an “all in one” linear actuator that combines a mechanical actuator, along with the drive and servo for a complete stand-alone solution. Unlike most linear actuators Exlar’s Tritex actuator is based off of a patented, inverted roller screw.
This video is designed to introduce you to the mechanical and electrical features of the Tritex II actuators.
Be sure to check out:
Part 2 is will show you the initial setup of the actuator and the process of getting online.
Part 3 will show you how to set up a home sequence, how to jog, and how to create a move.
Part 4 will show you how to use the analog signal.
Part 5 will show you how to download the program and the online monitoring functions.
