Personlized Products TU-1C01 thermal wax actuator for air conditioner and compressor for Malaysia Factories Detail:

1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

2. Characteristic

(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.

(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety

(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.

(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.

(5)Working life is long.

3.Main Technical Parameters

(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters

(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.

(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.

(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

This is one of the available heater and air conditioner panels for your vehicle. If your vehicle is equipped with a different heater and air conditioner system, see your Owner’s Manual for additional information.

Press THIS button and the system will automatically regulate and maintain fan speed, air flow, and temperature in the cabin.

If FAN SPEED, AIR FLOW MODE, or DEFROST settings are manually adjusted, the system will switch from AUTO mode to your control.

Turn THESE dials to manually set the desired temperature for each side of the vehicle.

THIS light indicates that the DUAL passenger temperature control is active. Press the DUAL button so that the indicator light is OFF to return to driver’s control.

You can use THIS DIAL to increase or decrease fan speed.

THESE buttons allow you to select from the available air flow modes. THIS icon indicates air will flow from the defroster outlets. THE arrows indicate whether the center and side vents, or the foot outlets are active.

Press THIS button to recirculate air inside the vehicle. This increases A/C efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin.

Press THIS button to draw in fresh outside air. Allowing outside air to enter the vehicle further improves defogging performance.

Press THIS button to manually turn the air conditioner ON or OFF.

In hot or humid conditions, a visible mist may be seen coming from the vents. This does not indicate a malfunction.

To defrost or defog front and side windows, press THIS button. If the system is in DUAL mode, switching to DEFROST will automatically revert to driver temperature control so that both sides of the windshield defrost evenly.

To defrost or defog the rear window and, if so equipped, the outside mirrors, press the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER button. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, press again to turn OFF. If not turned OFF manually, the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER will automatically turn OFF in a period of time.

Nearly all modern electrical actuators (injectors, solenoids, motors, electro-valves) use either of these two forms of electronic triggering or switching, either positive or negative trigger (switching). The two are related, but not the same and a lot also depends on the component in question, (injector, solenoid, motor, etc). Learn what it all mean and how it relates to wiring diagram analysis and auto electronics.

Presented using advanced software CG animation technology to help you understand. Part of our wiring diagram and electronic series shown here on this channel. Enjoy…
