1. Operation Principle

3.Main Technical Parameters

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.

(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.

(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

  • This is a very simple demo video on my project. My project is about DIY Temperature-Controlled Automatic Fan by using arduino UNO. When the temperature reaches above 35 degree celsius, the relay is triggered to be ON and the DC fan will ON. It will remain ON if the temperature is above 35 degree celsius. Meanwhile, when the temperature drops to 35 or below 35 degree celsius, then the relay will OFF and DC fan will OFF.
