1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Application:
It is suitable for processing garden bean, asparagus,
broccoli, taro, string bean, young soy bean, sweet corn,
strawberry, cherry, mulberry,apple dice, onion, tomato,
mushroom, pumpkin dice, spinach, bean sprout and other fruit
and vegetable products.
Main Characteristic of the line:
1.This line includes multi-function crushing machine, which can produce onion paste, carrot paste, chili paste, apple paste and many other fruit jam.
2.Because of the following factors such as crushing action, ultra-low temperature evaporating(single-effect evaporating temperature is 68),
the two-effect and two-section structure makes staying time of the material is short in evaporator, the lycopene and other nutrition of paste has little loss than other equal equipment, the L valve is also higher than other equipment such as three-effect and three-section,
three-effect and four-section.
3.The electricity consumption is less than 400KW/H than other equipments with equal capacity.
4. It can cut down the steam consumption because the vacuum evaporator has the second time steam callback system of the steam coagulation water
5.The filling machine adopts style of dial up and down other than production pipe rotary and the filling head up and down, which can avoid the second polluting because of the bad sealing in the part of rotary axes…….
6. The screen of the pulping machine is taper, the clearance could be adjusted, also could be frequency conversion and timing, which makes the production easy to squeeze.
Capacity
(1) Daily treatment 100t, 200t of fresh tomato (Brix 28-30% of finished tomato paste);
(2) Daily treatment 220t, 330t of fresh tomato (Brix 28-30% of finished tomato paste), using a semi-automatic control;
(3) Daily treatment 430t, 500t, 660t, 800t, 1000t, 1250t,
1500t of fresh tomato, automatical control, can stably produce Brix 36-38% (4.5-9 viscosity),
30-32% high viscosity (viscosity 4-5), 40-42% tomato paste.
