1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

  • This air-cooled single cylinder 2-stroke scooter is quite rough, although low mileage it has all the usual broken little bits that is common with this model. The choke is not working so you have to remove the panel on the left side and manually choke it with your hand. This (in my opinion) is the worst thing with this bike. I am sure you could fix this without much expense (if you fix it yourself). I seem to think (from the dim and distant past) that the choke/enricher operating system uses a heated wax in a tube that opens up a hole (to let more fuel in). I expect you either need to free it off or replace the wax filled choke actuator.
