Trending Products TU-1H02 thermal wax actuator for thermostatic radiator valve to Mumbai Factory Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

This is one of the available climate control panels for your vehicle. If your vehicle is equipped with a different climate control system, see your Owner’s Manual for additional information.
The AUTO mode may be used all year round. The system automatically regulates and maintains fan speed, airflow and temperature in the cabin. To turn the system ON, press the AUTO button. The indicator light turns ON when the system is activated.
The AUTO function can be turned OFF by either changing the fan speed or by pressing the DEFROSTER or OFF buttons. To reactivate automatic control, press the AUTO button.
To turn the entire climate control system OFF, press the OFF button.
Your vehicle has separate temperature control buttons for the driver and front seat passenger. The driver’s temperature control will set the temperature for both driver and passenger if the DUAL control is not activated. Press the driver’s side control down arrow for cooler air or the up arrow for warmer air.
If you want to adjust the passenger side temperature independently from the driver’s side, press the climate button, then select the DUAL button or press the passenger’s side temperature control buttons. The DUAL control indicator light will illuminate. The passenger’s side temperature will be displayed on the monitor. To switch back to driver control, press the DUAL button again.
The manual air flow control button provides a choice of airflow outlets. Press repeatedly to cycle through these four choices:
● Air will flow from center and side vents
● Air will flow from center, side and foot outlets
● Air will flow mainly from foot outlets
● Air will flow from the defroster and foot outlets Your choices are displayed on the monitor.
To recirculate air inside your vehicle, press this Air Recirculation button; its indicator will light up. This helps A/C efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin. Press this button to turn OFF and allow fresh air from the outside to be drawn into your vehicle.
Please be aware that the Air Recirculation feature will not activate while in Defrost mode because allowing outside air to enter the vehicle improves defogging performance.
This button operates the fan speed. Press the right control button to increase fan speed and the left button to decrease fan speed. When you manually change the fan speeds, it turns off the automatic climate control mode. To return to automatic climate control, press the AUTO button.
To defrost or defog the front and side windows, press the DEFROSTER button. The indicator light will illuminate. Airflow will be directed to the front and side windows.
In the DEFROST mode, the A/C activates automatically at temperatures above 23 degrees Fahrenheit.
The A/C compressor is activated to help dry the air and improve window defrosting performance. Please note that air can still be fully warmed with the A/C activated.
To further improve the defogging and deicing performance, the air recirculate mode automatically turns off. This allows outside air to be drawn into the passenger compartment.
For windshield deicing, turn your temperature selector to maximum heat and your fan speed to high.
After the windshield is cleared, press the AUTO button to return to AUTO mode. Pressing the DEFROSTER button a second time will also revert to AUTO mode.
To defrost or defog the rear window and the outside mirrors, push the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER switch. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, push to turn OFF. If not turned OFF manually, this feature will automatically deactivate in a period of time.
There is a temperature sensor located on top of the dashboard near the windshield that helps regulate the automatic climate control settings. Please keep this area clear of papers and other materials.
Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations and additional operating information.
