1. Operation Principle

(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Hello I just saw your Brayers ice cream youtube video. I personally never eat the stuff because I KNOW what they put in it. My mother works in one of their distrobution factories and she said its disgusting. They use Nitro gluiserin and Liquid Nitrogin to make it stay frozen , unfortunately the side affects of it can cause the product to produce spores on its own even when not exposed to air.
