Wholesale price stable quality TU-1J04 thermal wax actuator for electric switch valve to Boston Importers Detail:

1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

2. Characteristic

(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.

(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety

(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.

(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.

(5)Working life is long.

3.Main Technical Parameters

(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters

(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.

(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.

(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Sup everybody! Welcome to my Arduino Home Integration tutorial using an Android ecosystem. Alright, so basically in this tutorial I am going to walk you through a small project I completed. So the purpose of this project?

    Well…
If you are someone like me, you’d probably have a billion remote controls that you use for your television, your satellite box, your audio system, your AC, Blah blah… you get that and every time you want to turn ON the fan, light or Television, it actually involves you excreting yourself from inertia. Basically, take a walk.

In the age of smartphones, don’t you think this is highly unacceptable?!
So in this tutorial, I will show you how I controlled everything listed above with my Nexus 7

The Auto mode automatically regulates fan speed, airflow and temperature in the cabin. To turn the automatic climate control ON, press the AUTO button. The indicator light illuminates when the system is active.

The AUTO function can be turned OFF by changing the fan speed, or by pressing the DEFROSTER, MODE, or OFF buttons.

This button operates the fan speed.

Push either side to increase or decrease the fan speed.

Your vehicle has separate temperature controls for the driver and front seat passenger.

The driver’s temperature control sets the temperature for both driver and passenger until the DUAL control is activated.

To adjust the passenger side temperature independently from the driver’s side, press the DUAL button or turn the passenger’s side temperature control to select a cooler or warmer temperature. The indicator light illuminates. To switch back to driver control, press the DUAL button again.

The MODE function provides a choice of airflow outlets. Press repeatedly to cycle through these choices:
    ● Air flows from the center and side vents
    ● Air flows from center and side vents, and foot outlets
    ● Air flows mainly from foot outlets,
    ● Air flows from the defroster and foot outlets Press the A/C button to turn the air conditioning ON or OFF.
In hot or humid conditions, a visible mist may be seen coming from the vents. This does not indicate a malfunction.

To recirculate air inside your vehicle, press this Air Recirculation button. Its indicator will light up. This helps A/C efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin.

Press the FRESH AIR INTAKE button to allow fresh air from the outside to be drawn into your vehicle.

The Air Recirculation feature will not activate while in defrost mode because allowing outside air to enter the vehicle improves defogging performance.

To defrost or defog the front and side windows, press the DEFROSTER button. The indicator light illuminates.

The indicator light on the A/C button may also illuminate because the A/C compressor is activated to help dry the air and improve window clearing performance. The air can still be fully warmed with the A/C activated.

If your vehicle happens to be in Dual mode, turning ON the defroster will revert to driver control, so both sides of the windshield will defrost evenly.

For the quickest windshield deicing, set your temperature selector to maximum heat and the fan speed to high.

To defrost or defog the rear window and, if so equipped, the outside mirrors, push the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER switch. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, push to turn OFF. If not turned OFF manually, this feature will automatically deactivate in a period of time.

There is a temperature sensor located on top of the dashboard near the windshield that helps regulate the automatic climate control settings. Please keep this area clear of papers and other materials.

Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations and additional operating information.
