1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

In particular, the reliability and stability of a system of any complexity directly depends on both the temperature of environment and the individual nodes of the system. Depending on the preset external execution units will be turned on or off when the ambient temperature becomes higher or lower than the predetermined upper and lower temperature thresholds. The settings are written to nonvolatile memory, and therefore retain when the power is turned off. Let’s warm the digital temperature sensor gradually. After reaching the upper threshold red LED lights and relay contacts are closed. Our lamp is on. Let’s cool the digital temperature sensor gradually. When the lower threshold is passed the red LED will turn off. The relay contacts are open and our light goes out. In this case, the controller returns to the pause countdown, the temperature is not measured and execution units do not turn on.
