This video explains about an Event data recorder system on cars, this is the same concept in that of a black box in an aeroplane. It monitors all the critical parameters of a car like engine speed, vehicle speed, throttle, brake, fuel level, etc. This is useful while accidents, for insurance companies and police to cross check these parameters and come to a conclusion on the cause of the accident, like was that a purposefully made one or a real accident.
The black box (event data recorder) will be placed on a less impact area of the car like below the seat etc and it will be linked with the ECU of the car.
In this Arduino tutorial I will demonstrate how to correctly connect the LM35 temperature sensor to the Arduino. I will also show you how to write the code necessary to obtain the temperature from the sensor.
I will also elaborate on the LM35 sensor and demonstrate a simple entertainment cooler that I have designed to keep my game systems cool while inside the entertainment center. Here is the parts list you will need in order to duplicate the entertainment cooler demonstrated in this video:
