13 Years Manufacturer TU-034 thermostatic cartridge wax sensor for sanitary ware to Israel Manufacturers Detail:

1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

2. Characteristic

(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.

(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety

(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.

(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.

(5)Working life is long.

3.Main Technical Parameters

(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters

(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.

(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.

(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

    CONSTRUCTION WITH BOTTLES

Do you remember the last time you bought a drink in a plastic bottle? Chances are that you threw away the bottle, without a second thought, when you were done. That’s what most of us do. Plastic is one of the most disposable materials in the modern world. It makes up much of the street side litter in urban and rural areas. It is rapidly filling up landfills as well as choking water bodies. Plastic bottles make up approximately 11% of the content of landfills, causing serious environmental consequences.

Samarpan Foundation has chosen to transform and repurpose this overlooked and environmentally harmful plastic bottle into one that is a useful resource. They have constructed a functional living space in New Delhi, using hundreds of used PET bottles instead of conventional bricks. Discarded PET (Polyethelene Terephthalate) bottles were collected, manually sorted by size, compactly filled with mud and sealed.  Then these bottle bricks were cemented together to construct the floor, walls and roof of the dwelling.

A mud filled bottle is as strong as a brick and has many other advantages. It forms a valuable alternate building material. Low cost and maintenance, along with its long life, make it excellent value for money. PET provides very good alcohol and oil barrier properties and generally good chemical resistance. The orienting process of PET serves to improve its gas and moisture barrier properties also. PET bottles are non biodegradable. Therefore any structure made with it can last a couple of hundred years or more. And then at the end of its life, the structure may be recycled and reused once more!

Plastic has high tensile strength to weight ratio which makes it strong, durable and versatile. Samarpan Foundation has used this concept to reinforce walls of dams and wells in Goa.

Bottle walls act as heat insulators. The Indian armed forces at Siachen use mud filled jerry cans in large numbers to construct living units. The jerry can walls are covered with parachute fabric to provide effective insulation and warmth against the ruthless and freezing Karakorum winds.

Mud filled PET bottles are non brittle and can therefore withstand heavy shock loads without fatigue or failure. In earthquake prone and flood affected areas plastic bricks structures with its high impact resistance can prevent large scale damage to properties and washing away of homes.

Replacing conventional bricks with plastic bottles will help the environment in many ways. Waste creation will be greatly reduced as bottles become a resource and attract value.

Improved sustainable management of plastic bottle waste will greatly reduce pollution of land and water bodies. It will help reduce carbon emissions during baking of bricks and also considerably lower the demand for conventional construction materials. As the volunteers of Samarpan Foundation discovered, these innovative bricks are easy to use and build. In rural areas this can lead to the creation of new jobs especially for women and youth.

Recycling plastic bottles is a great idea. So next time you buy that drink in a plastic bottle, think twice before chucking the empty bottle. Your small contribution can definitely add up to make a big difference.

If your vehicle is equipped with automatic climate controls, this is your control panel. It is made up of two multifunction controls and several buttons. The two outer controls consist of a center button and an outer ring that works like a dial. If your vehicle is equipped with a different climate control system, see your Owner’s Manual for additional information.

The Auto mode may be used all year round. To turn it ON, press this button for automatic cooling or dehumidified heating. The indicator light illuminates when the system is activated. It will automatically regulate and maintain fan speed, airflow and temperature in the cabin. The Auto mode can be turned OFF by changing the fan speed, or by pressing the DEFROST or MODE button.

Your vehicle has separate temperature controls for the driver and front seat passenger. The driver’s TEMPERATURE CONTROL dial, on the left, will set the temperature for both the driver and passenger if the DUAL button is not activated. Turn the outside ring of the driver’s side control. You’ll see the temperature setting change on the center display as you turn the ring left for cooler, or right for warmer air.

If you want to adjust the passenger side temperature independently from the driver’s side, press the DUAL button, or turn the passenger side TEMPERATURE CONTROL dial. The DUAL indicator light will illuminate. Turn the dial left for cooler, or right for warmer air. The passenger’s side temperature will be displayed. To switch back to driver control, press the DUAL button again. If in Dual mode when you turn your system OFF, using the OFF button, it will resume Dual operation when turned back ON using the AUTO button.

The MODE button provides a choice of airflow outlets. Press the MODE button repeatedly to select from the following:
    ● Air will flow from center and side vents,
    ● Air will flow from center and side vents, and foot outlets,
    ● Air will flow mainly from foot outlets,
    ● Air will flow from the defroster and foot outlets, or
    ● Air will flow from the defroster outlets.

Press the A/C button to turn the air conditioning ON or OFF.

In hot or humid conditions, a visible mist may be seen coming from the vents. This does not indicate a malfunction.

To defrost or defog front and side windows, press the FRONT WINDOW DEFROST button. The indicator light will illuminate. airflow will be directed to the front and

side windows. The A/C automatically activates when the Defrost mode is selected and the outside temperature is above 36 degrees. This helps dehumidify the cabin and clear the windshield faster. Turn the driver’s side temperature to a setting that will best meet weather conditions. For windshield deicing, the temperature selector should be turned to maximum heat. Also, using the manual fan control, turn the fan speed to high.

If your vehicle happens to be in Dual mode, turning ON the defroster will automatically revert to driver control, allowing both sides of the windshield to defrost evenly. After the windshield is cleared, press the AUTO button to return to your previous settings.

To defrost or defog the rear window and, if so equipped, the outside mirrors, press the REAR WINDOW DEFROST button. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, press to turn OFF. If not turned OFF manually, this feature will automatically deactivate in a period of time.

To recirculate air inside your vehicle, press this AIR RECIRCULATION button, its indicator will light up. This helps A/C efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin. You will only be able to activate the air recirculation feature when non-defroster airflow settings are selected. Press the FRESH AIR INTAKE button to allow outside air to be drawn into your vehicle. Please be aware that while in defrost modes, the air recirculation feature will not activate. Allowing outside air to enter the vehicle further improves defogging performance.

Press the fan control buttons to manually control fan speed. To turn the system OFF, press the OFF button.

There is a temperature sensor located on top of the dashboard, near the windshield, that helps regulate the automatic climate control settings. Please keep this area clear of papers and other materials.

Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations and additional operating information.
