1. Operation Principle

Samsung did say if I unplug the unit and wait 30 seconds before plugging it back in, that will reset the onboard computer.

    I left the power freeze on and checked back 2 hours later. The temperature dropped below 0 F and the contents in the freezer started to harden.

    It sucks that this fairly new top of the line Samsung refrigerator failed after 2 years.
