Carbonated Drink Mixer , after the adoption of advanced technologies in the chemical industry—static mixer (carbonizer), features large area of gas/liquid mass transfer, small resistance loss, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and simple structure. Carbonated Drink Mixer also adopts the multi-stage centrifugal pump with reliable performance and low noise, guaranteeing the performance of the whole machine.
The mixing proportion is accurate and easy for adjustment. With no need of parts replacement, Syrup water CO2 drink mixer can realize the quick output adjustment and the proportion of syrup and water.
Carbonated Drink Mixer , by use of CO2 reflux deoxidation, not only saves CO2, but also achieves the objective of deoxidation and makes the deoxidation water have better pre-carbonation effects.
Carbonated Drink Mixer is convenient to adjust the gas content. According to the requirements of beverage gas content, the adjustment can be done through proper operation.

Working principle and main characteristic
Working principle:
When bottles are sent to the machine by conveyor continuously, they firstly are deliveried to the receiving wheel by air-slide conveyor and then to washing part. The bottle clamps hold the bottles and trun over 180°to wash, then return back to their original position after enough washing and drying. Then, the bottles are sent to the middle thumb wheel 1 and to the filling part to be filled, then moved by middle thumb wheel 2 and reach to capping part to be capped, at the same time, cap trimmer sends caps to the top of the bottles and capper screws caps. At last, bottles are sent to the conveyor chain by the out stirring wheel to next working position.

Digital Temperature ControllerIt is known that temperature control is very important. In particular, the reliability and stability of a system of any complexity directly depends on both the temperature of environment and the individual nodes of the system. BM945F model digital temperature controller will help us to measure and control temperature by any execution units (eg fans). Depending on the preset external execution units will be turned on or off when the ambient temperature becomes higher or lower than the predetermined upper and lower temperature thresholds. Structurally, the product is made on one-sided printed circuit board from foil fiber-glass plastic with the measurements of 56×87 mm. Power supply is derived from any suitable power supply of 12 volts. Let’s engage power supply and add any load, such as a light bulb, to our device. To avoid frequent switching of the external execution unit we’ll set up spacing interval and the temperature of upper and lower device operating levels. The settings are written to nonvolatile memory, and therefore retain when the power is turned off. Let’s warm the digital temperature sensor gradually. After reaching the upper threshold red LED lights and relay contacts are closed. Our lamp is on. Let’s cool the digital temperature sensor gradually. When the lower threshold is passed the red LED will turn off. The relay contacts are open and our light goes out. In this case, the controller returns to the pause countdown, the temperature is not measured and execution units do not turn on.
