1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic

3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

(1) 3D Image Processing Application
This is an application that aligns parts that are stacked in a pile using an image processing system.
(2) Wireless I/0 Control Application
It is an application to connect between the input and output devices and controllers wirelessly.
1. The alarm of cut-off function
Detector and actuator is connected by wireless. If gas leakage reaches a dangerous concentration, the detector will alarm and signal. Then the controller will receive the signal and instruct the actuator to close the air valve.
2.Over-flow Cut-off Function: It will closed automatically and cut off the gas source when the atmogenic switch,pressure regulator, gas stove loses control or the rubber hose ruptures, broken by biting of the mouse, breaks off that causes surpassing the current capacity.
3.Over-pressure Protection Function: When the pressure regulator is out of work that causes the barometric pressure elevated suddenly and surpassed the security pressure, the safety valve automatically will cut off the source。
4.The thermal cut-off function:
When other accidental fires outbreak in the kitchen and the indoor temperature rises to more than 55 ℃, this valve can protect and cut off the gas source automatically. This valve doesn’t use plastic seals so that it can prevent gas leakage at a high temperature of 500 ℃.
5.Energy Conversation and Discharge Reducing Function:actuator with an induction zone of magnetic field,magnetic field lines as link,recovery switch gravitational field as a straight line. When the gas through two different magnetic area,gas molecular group become atomization and enhances the heat efficiency, therebyreach the aimto save energy and reduce the harmful smog, in order to protect human health.
