1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike.     The main objective of the present paper is to develop a smart wireless sensor network (WSN) for greenhouse. Monitoring for various factors such as soil moisture, temperature and humidity along with other factors can be of significance. A traditional approach to measure these factors meant individuals manually taking measurements and checking them at various times. This paper investigates a remote monitoring system using Zigbee.The controller ATMEGA328 monitors sensor inputs continuosly and displays on the 16X2 LCD. The buzzer is also interfaced with the microcontroller to give alert whenever there is critical situation. It also sends these parameters to remote PC wirelessly using zigbee module.

    We are using different loads such as FAN, Lights, Sprayer, Water Motor pump which are automatically controlled based on corresponding sensor parameter values.
