Factory Cheap price TU-1C06 thermal wax actuator for thermostatic automatic water drain valve for India Factory Detail:

1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

2. Characteristic

(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.

(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety

(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.

(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.

(5)Working life is long.

3.Main Technical Parameters

(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters

(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.

(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.

(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

  • Automatic Climate Controls

This is the panel you’ll use to set the climate control system. It is made up of three multi-function controls and nine buttons. If your vehicle is equipped with THIS climate control system, the controls may differ but the functions are similar. Please refer to the owner’s manual for more information on your climate control system.

If your vehicle is equipped with a display screen, pressing the STATUS button will display the Heater and Air Conditioner Status screen.

The Auto mode may be used all year round. To turn ON, press this button for automatic cooling or dehumidified heating. The indicator light illuminates when the system is activated. Set it to the desired temperature. It will automatically regulate and maintain fan speed, air flow and temperature in the cabin.

The Auto function can be turned OFF by changing the fan speed, or by pressing the DEFROST, MODE or AUTO buttons. To reactivate Automatic control, press the AUTO button again.

Your vehicle has separate temperature controls for the driver and front seat passenger. The driver’s temperature control knob will set the temperature for both the driver and passenger if the DUAL control button is not activated. Turn the driver’s side temperature control knob left for cooler or right for warmer air. If you want to adjust the passenger side temperature independently from the driver’s side, press this button marked DUAL, or simply turn the passenger’s side control knob. The dual control indicator light will then illuminate. Turn the knob left for cooler, or right for warmer air. To switch back to driver control, press the DUAL button again. If in Dual mode when you turn your system OFF, it will resume Dual operation when turned back ON using the AUTO button.

If you want to change how the Auto function has set airflow coming through the vents, press the MODE button. Press MODE repeatedly to select from the following choices:
    - Air will flow from center and side vents
    - From center, side and foot vents
    - Mainly from foot vents
    - Or from the defroster and foot vents

Note: In hot or humid conditions, a visible mist may be seen coming from the vents. This does not indicate a malfunction.

If you press the UPPER VENT button an indicator light will illuminate and the air flow against the driver’s and passenger’s upper body becomes gentle. In this mode, air from the center vents flows straight and upward, so as to control the temperature of the cabin without blowing air directly on the passengers. Press the button again to turn this feature OFF.

To recirculate air inside your vehicle, press the AIR INTAKE CONTROL button and an indicator light will illuminate. This helps A/C efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin. Press again to draw in fresh outside air. When the AIR INTAKE button is pressed for more than two seconds, indicator lights will flash twice and the air intake will be controlled automatically. Please be aware that if the front window defroster switch is ON, the air recirculation feature will not activate. Allowing outside air to enter the vehicle further improves defogging performance.

The FAN SPEED CONTROL regulates fan speed at various settings. Turn it to the left for slower speed, to the right for higher speed. Press the OFF button in the center of the knob to turn the system OFF. When you use these controls, the Automatic climate control will turn OFF. To return to Automatic climate control, press the AUTO button.

Press the A/C button to turn the air conditioning ON. An indicator light will illuminate. Press again to turn OFF.

To defrost or defog front and side windows, press the FRONT DEFROSTER button. The indicator light will illuminate. Air flow will be directed to the front and side windows. The AC comes on automatically at temperatures above 23 degrees Fahrenheit. This helps dehumidify the cabin and clear the windshield faster.

If your vehicle is in Dual mode, switching on DEFROST will automatically revert to driver control so both sides of the windshield will defrost evenly. Turn the driver’s side temperature control to a setting that will best meet weather conditions. For windshield deicing, your temperature selector should be turned to maximum heat. Also, using the manual FAN CONTROL, turn your fan speed to high. As soon as possible after the windshield is cleared, press the AUTO button to return to Auto mode. The system will return to your previous settings.

To defrost or defog the rear window and, if so equipped, the outside mirrors, push the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER switch. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, push again to turn OFF. If not turned OFF manually, this feature will deactivate in 15 minutes.

How to do-it yourself instructional on replacing a side-view mirror on a car or light truck with complete inner door panel removal and installation process and discussions on torque and the over-tightening of fasteners.
Transcript provided for the hearing impaired:
OK so the problem is obvious, the driver’s side view mirror is loose at the base. There is a broken mount. So stay tuned, we’ll have a look. you’ve seen the problem, this mirror has a bad wobble in it because of a broken mount. we’re going to, with a small handful of tools, remove the inside door panel and pull off the mirror, there’s a little screw holds on that tray and another screw in here going to slip my little screwdriver in underneath, pry up on it, underneath there are a couple of hex headed screws remove with this little socket wrench. going to leave it hanging like that because I’m not going to disconnect components simply lifting the door panel off and let it hang get into this area. the only specialized tool you need made by Lisle. make your own need a piece of flat bar, cut a little groove in it bend the end of it. here’s the diagram General Motors suggests your tool should look like. we start at the bottom, work your way in get the door panel off. last thing is a channel hooking into the door frame. need to be able to pop upwards and it’s free. drop that through. little fellow comes in behind and pops free out used to cover access ports. pull them out carefully get in behind it with a screwdriver and chase it out through the front. 10mm socket. problem with a recess is I’m afraid to drop the nut inside the door panel. instead of undoing them all the way then I reach inside with my mechanical fingers… undo it the rest of the way with sure grip on the nut. And the mirror pulls away. there’s an electrical connection. Pull back locking tab and it pulls apart. there’s three studs third one’s broken. service manual calls for 53 lb.in. show you on this wheel nut that you can easily put 53lb.ft. on with just one hand. a foot pound is 12 inch pounds so it’s twelve times the power require on these little nuts. dialled in 53lb.ft.. I just wanted to show you how easy it is to make that kind of power never mind the 53lb.in., all you need to hang mirror. make some power. I was only a foot out rather than the actual full 18″… you see that? I don’t turn at all and it’s already saying 53lb.ft. make 53 lb.ft. just one hand and only twelve inches leverage. weather’s changed hope there’s enough light. get started by peeling off the tape. work with the window open, I’m working through window for your benefit.. touched up the paint where it’s been worn off by mirror. parts dealer she was able to pick it off the shelf in minutes. don’t live in a metropolitan area you might not be as lucky, wait a week or two… local scrap yard see if they’ve got it half the price a new one. electrical connection to go through I’m going to limit the amount of torque that I put behind this nut to ¼” socket wrench. got my nut loaded and it’s in place with a bit of shop towel. find the stud. certain that’s started now pull this off get the shop towel out of there and put this back on and spin it. all 3 nuts in place we can torque them down to spec. limit the torque I apply by using a ¼” socket wrench and choking half way up on it there’s 40lb.in. and a zero we want to go to 53 don’t know if you can see there’s 50, 11, 12, 13, 40 and 13 is 53. torque these down you want to you want to bring all the bolts snug before you try and apply the torque developed a feel for it know spring about to jump. 1st one. 2nd. all three. letting go with this hand in order that it doesn’t interfere with the torque I’m applying with this hand doing it with two fingers of pressure. some things can’t take a lot of power you can make a lot of power no matter how small you think you are no matter how weak you might believe you’re very strong compared to small fasteners and it’s very easy to break them. foam bushings used for soundproofing. There’s 1, 2, 3 they’re just plugs cover the access port. body panel plugs I was mentioning. hang in little bracket/keepers on the inside panel they’re all barbed and have pointed tips why you need that curved tool –get in behind it and it pops out. little hook, like that kind of deal . hook it into the door-panel right onto the steel inner door skin. pass this through there work on hooking that into the door.. Find keepers. little plastic piece holds door handle release and the actuator for the door lock. little keyhole type slot and lock actuator this rod and its got to be lined up. have both the actuator and the control both in the unlocked position. find neutral position work your way on from corner and snap drop a screw in behind there and we’re done. last thing is hang convex “spotter” mirror on the outside lower corner I don’t care what size vehicle you’ve got — even a motorcycle — you want convex mirrors on both sides.
