1. Operation Principle

(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

i shot this without audio, this is a real time video of shaving a dictation cylinder into a phonograph cylinder, approximate time is five minutes.
i modified the shaver by adding a vacuum pick up for the swarf, this increased the efficiency of the shaver dramatically, this process originally took 20 minutes or so.
