Factory Outlets TU-1H01 thermal wax actuator for industrial thermostatic water regulations mixing valve for Nepal Manufacturers Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

in this video we are building a solar tracker using an 2 by 1.5 ft solar panel. I tested the maximum input from the solar panel at the optimal angle at the hottest part of the day. I get a 18v at no load and 12v with 1.2 amps with a 12v load. so the panel is about 15-20 watts. I built this solar tracker to track the sun to the get the most efficiency from it. I made most of the part out of aluminium because it would be outside.

Transcript:
A thermostatic head gives you independent temperature control of each panel. And in the video we’re going to demonstrate how they work.
In order to demonstrate how a thermostatic head works, i’ve taken an old one that we’ve removed from a system and i’m going to break it down part by part. The first part i’m removing is the printed dial that helps you set the temperature that you desire in the room
Now i’m removing the thermostatic head and the spring back mechanism. The thermostatic head itself is the metal part you can see, and inside there is a spring because the thermostatic head needs to be pushed back as it cools as it won’t go back on its own.
The thermostatic head senses the air temperature in the room, but in this demonstration using hot water speeds up how quickly it heats up and shows clearly how the pin expands.
The pin from the thermostatic head pushes down on this valve stopping the water from flowing into the radiator when it reaches temperature.
The numbers on the thermostatic head are a guide. Zero being off and 5 being fully open and controlled by the main thermostat.
The numbers in the middle help you adjust to a temperature to suit. I suggest you start at 3 and move it up or down to suit your desired temperature in your room.
The black levers help you set your own maximums and minimums. You can pull them out and put them in a different different slot and slide them open or closed to function.
In conclusion a thermostatic head gives you independent control over the main thermostat of an individual panel. This is great for bedrooms where you’ll want to adjust the temperature.
