1. Operation Principle

This video is to help with troubleshooting you may have when you first set up your unit. Specifically talking about if your heater “clicks” and does not light or lights and quickly goes out.

In this video I show how to get heat working in a 1997 Chevy Lumina 3100 Series. Bleed the cooling system. There are two bleeding points I show in the video.

1. Start car
2. Open radiator
3. Loosen bleeders
4. Wait for car to warm up and for bleeders to start shooting out coolant. You will see bubbles, not necessarily a stream. Turn your heat on and put the radiator cap back on.
5. Once the car is blowing hot air, close the bleeders.

If this does not work try the following:
1. thermostat
2.heater resister
3. heater switches
4. hope its not the heater core
