Hot sale good quality TU-1A93 thermal wax actuator for thermostatic automatic water drain valve Wholesale to Seattle Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

My first solar furnace. Everything did not go exactly as planned but it works none the less. If I wanted to run a meager 100 cfm fan the temperature readings would be higher, but I wanted to move some air to actually get some BTU’s into the house. Hope you find some useful information in this video. Thanks for watching. After running this solar furnace for a few weeks I realized that they are not worth the time and cost it takes to build them properly unless you have them track the sun. If you build a pivoting stand, buy a tracking circuit board, and an actuator this solar furnace will double the temperature of the air going into it for approximately seven hours a day during the winter, at about 300-400cfm which would probably knock about 25-30% off of your heating bill. The oven mounted stationary only performs really well for about 2 hours a day when the sun is pretty much directly in front of it. If your planning on building one, build a swiveling stand with it, and spend the $250-$300 for a tracking board and actuator to make it worth while.
Tweaking a small frigobar I use (mostly for pepsi and some ham) I broke the thermistor. Unable to find a replacement I had to use an arduino to digitally control the activity of the pump.
Now the temperature is far more precise, and the cola tastes far more delicious. The SD card saves all the events, temperatures and relay activity every 20 secs; this allows me to do data mining over the data, estimate consumption, efficiency, and enhance the cooling process.
