Hot-selling attractive price TU-1C91 thermal wax actuator for industrial adjustable temperature switch control to Czech republic Manufacturer Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

The Auto mode may be used all year round. The system automatically regulates and maintains fan speed, airflow and temperature in the cabin. To turn the system ON, press the AUTO button. The indicator light turns ON when the system is activated.
Pressing the DEFROST button or changing the fan speed or airflow mode turns off the AUTO function and switches the system to manual control. To reactivate automatic control, press the AUTO button.
To turn the entire climate control system OFF, press the OFF button.
Your vehicle has separate temperature control buttons for the driver and front seat passenger. Turn the driver’s side control knob to the right for warmer or left for a cooler temperature.
If you want to adjust the passenger side temperature independently from the driver’s side, press the DUAL button or turn the temperature control knob left or right. The DUAL control indicator and the passenger’s side temperature will be displayed on the monitor.
If the DUAL mode is not active, the driver’s temperature control buttons set the temperature for both the driver and passenger. To switch back to driver control when the DUAL mode is active, press the DUAL button again.
Press the MODE button repeatedly to cycle through these four air flow choices:
● Air will flow from the center and side vents,
● Air will flow from center, and side and foot outlets,
● Air will flow from mainly foot outlets,
● Air will flow from the defroster and foot outlets. The selected air flow mode is displayed on the monitor.
Press the A/C button to manually turn the air conditioning ON or OFF.
Intake air control is automatically regulated in AUTO mode. Press THIS button to recirculate inside air or press THIS button to draw outside air into the cabin.
The indicator light on the button will illuminate when the recirculating mode is active.
The air recirculation mode increases air conditioning efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin.
To return to automatic control of the air intake mode, press and hold either the fresh air or air recirculation button for approximately 2 seconds until the indicator lights on each button flash twice.
Use the fan speed control buttons to adjust the fan speed. Press this button to increase fan speed. Press this button to decrease fan speed. When you manually change fan speeds, it turns off the automatic climate control mode. To return to automatic climate control, press the AUTO button.
To defrost or defog the front and side windows, press the DEFROST button. The indicator light will illuminate. Airflow will be directed to the front and side windows.
The indicator light on the A/C key on the screen may also illuminate because the A/C compressor is activated to help dry the air and improve window clearing performance. The air can still be fully warmed with the A/C activated.
To defrost or defog the rear window and the outside mirrors, push the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER switch. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, push the switch again to turn OFF. If not turned OFF manually, this feature will automatically deactivate after a period of time.
There is a temperature sensor located on top of the dashboard near the windshield that helps regulate the automatic climate control settings. Keep this area clear of papers and other materials.
Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations and additional operating information.

Installing a SAMSON 3277 Actuator to a 2″ Samson 3241 Globe Control Valve
In this video, we’ll describe how to install a SAMSON 3277 actuator to a 2″ 3241 globe valve. The actuator in this example fails closed and is a size 350cm with a 3-15psi spring range.
Step by Step Instructions:
1. Begin by carefully placing the actuator onto the valve bonnet to avoid thread damage.
2. For this example we’re using a 3-15 psi actuator, apply approximately 20psi to retract the stem. This allows us to install the ring nut without causing any damage to the plug and seat sealing surfaces. Thread on the ring nut and lock into position.
3. To set the bench range, apply a pressure equal to the lower bench range; 3 psi in our case.
4. Push down on the plug to make sure it’s firmly pressed into the seat. Raise the stem connector nut until it makes contact with the actuator stem and add an additional ¼ turn. Then, raise the lock nut and secure into position with two wrenches.
5. The stem connector clamp is now installed to mechanically link the actuator stem to the plug.
6. If necessary, adjust the travel indicator to the correct position.
7. Actuator installation is now complete.
