OEM Factory for TU-1C90 thermal wax actuator for thermostatic automatic water drain valve for Algeria Importers Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Using Visual Basic 2015 we will log three holding registers from the PLC along with time and date into a Microsoft Access Database. We will log every minute into the database with the information that we collect from the PLC via Modbus TCP (Ethernet). All code will be done and shown so you can implement this in your application with different parameters. The information collected in the database can then be distributed or analyzed in the future.
Visual Basic 2015 will be used with the EasyModbusTCP client/server library for .net. We will communicate to an Automation Direct – Do-More PLC. Using the free simulation software of the PLC Designer Software, we will retrieve three values of the Modbus Holding Registers using Modbus TCP. Once we have this information out of the programmable logic controller it will be placed in a Microsoft Access (2010) Database. This will be done by using a SQL command to insert the data.
More information can be obtained at our website. This includes step by step instructions on how to communication using Modbus TCP protocol and placing the information into a Microsoft Access database.

Horizon How-To: Changing Your Programmable Thermostat Batteries
Programmable control centers or thermostats such as this Honeywell VisionPRO 8000 are great system accessories that allow homeowners to have complete control over their heating and cooling systems. They allow the user to manually adjust the temperature of their home at the push of a button or to set up an automatic schedule that will ensure their system operates at peak efficiency to save them money.
Simple dial or switch controlled thermostats may never require batteries for operation but almost all modern digital programmable control centers will.
Possible signs that you need to replace your thermostat batteries include a low battery warning on the thermostat’s display, unusual behavior from your heating or cooling system, or an unresponsive thermostat screen.
If your Honeywell VisionPRO 8000 thermostat displays a blank or unresponsive screen, or a low battery indicator you will need to replace the batteries. This can be accomplished by removing the faceplate of the thermostat by depressing the top release button marked PRESS and lifting the unit out and away.
Turn the thermostat over to reveal the old batteries. This model requires 4 AA batteries but your control center may vary. Once your new batteries have been installed, hold the thermostat at an angle and insert the two latches into the bottom of the wall mount. Finish your reinstallation by snapping the unit securely into place.
To avoid any interruption in your system’s operation, we recommend being proactive and changing the batteries in your thermostat at least once a year. It is always a good practice to install new batteries on the same schedule as your smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector to ensure these vital components of your home are fully powered.
