1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

The automatic heater and air conditioner offers dual climate control panel for adjusting air flow, fan speed, temperature, air conditioning, defrosting or defogging and air intake.
This FAN SPEED CONTROL switch regulates fan speed at various settings. Push the MINUS sign for lower fan speed. Push the PLUS sign for higher fan speed. To turn the system OFF, press the ON/OFF button.
Press the A/C button to turn the air conditioning ON or OFF. An indicator light will illuminate when the A/C is ON.
These are the DUAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLS. Push the red arrow to raise the temperate or the blue arrow to lower it. The temperature control switch on the left controls the temperature on the driver’s and passenger’s side unless the DUAL button is pressed. Press the DUAL button to separate the temperature controls.
This is the MODE button, which allows you to select air flow outlets. Refer to the pictograms for the various airflow combinations:
● Air will flow from the center and side vents,
● From center, side and foot vents,
● Mainly from foot vents,
● and from the defroster and foot vents
In hot or humid conditions, a visible mist may be seen coming from the vents. This does not indicate a malfunction.
Press this AIR RECIRCULATION button, and its indicator will illuminate. This helps A/C efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin. The air conditioner will automatically activate when this feature is operating. The air recirculation feature cannot be activated when any of the defrost outlets are selected. Press the FRESH AIR INTAKE button to turn OFF and allow fresh air from outside to be drawn into your vehicle. Allowing outside air to enter the vehicle further improves defogging performance.
To defrost or defog front and side windows, press THIS button. Next, set the desired temperature by pressing the red or blue arrows on the left side of the unit. To set the defroster on high, push the PLUS sign on the FAN SPEED switch until all 7 bars appear on the indicator. For windshield deicing, your temperature selector should be turned to maximum heat.
The indicator light on the A/C button may also illuminate because the A/C compressor is activated to help dry the air and improve window clearing performance. The air can still be fully warmed with the A/C activated.
To defrost or defog the rear window and outside mirrors, push the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER switch. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, push to turn OFF. If not turned off manually, this feature will turn itself off in a period of time.
There is a temperature sensor located on top of the dashboard, near the windshield, that helps regulate the automatic climate control settings. Please keep this area clear of papers and other materials.

This is just a rough setup of an idea I’ve had brewing in my mind for a while now and would like to share with the world and possibly get some help with from others who are knowledgeable in the subject….
This guy has a setup already up and running that he powers up with 120v and then once everything is up and running he switches over to the generator power and has that power his tool and his electric motor….pretty genius!

I’d like to get this setup to generate electricity that I can use to power into my house; I do have solar panels that I built and wired up on my own and do realize the parts and costs of the parts I may need to complete such a project…..
I just don’t quite know how to get all the wiring safely setup and also I’m not positive on all the other electrical parts I may need to be able to generate & capture the electricity generated safely….(like capacitor’s and stuff)
I know that a GOOD Charge Controller is probably going to be at the top of my list of items needed…. I have a couple 2-stroke chain saw motors lying around the garage that I could probably mount up to spin the Magnet Motors shaft pretty good and fast! My other idea for finding something that will get the magnet motor spinning was another electric motor, something like the big air compressors use to spin the air pump motor that feeds air into the air tank……. that way I could have a electrical receptacle that I could use to get the motors spinning and then once up to speed and producing power I’d have some kind of a switch to use to switch the electric motor power over from the receptacle and tap it into the power from the generator….. so in essence the magnet motor would be powering itself after a brief start up period!!
