The feed caps in vibrating bowl moving on chute are fed into star wheel, operating on Geneva mechanism. move on third part of induction where one pneumatic actuator put one wad into cap and at last part on induction wad will press by one mechanical operated rod.

It is fully automatic in gasket filling inside the caps. It is equipped with competitive features including cap sorting mechanism which helps to reject damaged caps, ensures perfect cap discharge over the conveyer belt. It is also made to remain compatible for positioning consistent and steadfast mechanical drive. The overall machine is simple to operate, easy to maintain, and suitable to handle diversified forms of caps. There are no safety issues in this machine with the help of the automatic reject cap mechanism.
Induction wad inserting machine works on multiple mechanisms. It contains a top layer of paper pulp, middle part of the lining contains wax and the bottom most part contains polymer film which will laminate the lining. The containers which have to be sealed will be feed into the induction coil and by application of pneumatic actuator which will make the layers get heated up and stay on the mouth of the container. Wherein, mechanically operated rod will press the lining to stay perfectly on the container mouth. The sealing becomes perfect when the lining material is cooled allowing for absolute protection for the product.
