1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

3.Main Technical Parameters

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Trouble code p0450 deals with an improper voltage signal from the EVAP pressure sensor to the ECM. This could be due to a bad harness connector, the pressure sensor or the EVAP canister vent control valve. (link below for this component)
This sensor is used with a number of components in throughout the EVAP system. The EVAP control system pressure sensor is located in the purge line. The sensor detects pressure inside the purge line and modifies the voltage signal sent from the ECM. As the pressure increases the voltage rises. This sensor is used for on board diagnostics.

Custom High Lift Hopper with Loading Bucket – Lange Lift Serial #29391 – This unit has 50 pounds of capacity. The hopper bin, which is 20 inches long by 14 inches wide by 12 inches deep, is loaded at a height of 34 inches and travels to an adjustable height of between 60 inches and 68 inches to the bottom of the hopper. The total lifting travel is 51.36 inches
This lift is powered with a 120V AC Electric Actuator and Compound Chain Lift. Travel speed is 1.2 inches per second with an approximate cycle time of 90 seconds. It is controlled by a push button that starts the cycle. An E-Stop is equipped to stop cycle in any position.
All four sides are guarded with steel and painted safety yellow.
