1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

3.Main Technical Parameters

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

I rigged a scrap electric window mechanism to some boards and connected it to power to demonstrate its action. Apparently, it was scrapped because the connector was faulty (I just cut and stripped the wires), and one of the arms was bent.
חיברתי מנגנון של חלון חשמלי ללוחות עץ ולחשמל כדי להדגים את אופן הפעולה שלו. החלון הזה היה גרוטאה מכיוון שהמחבר שלו לא היה תקין (אני פשוט חתכתי וחשפתי את החוטים), ואחת הזרועות היתה קצת עקומה.
This is a X13 blower motor, there has been alot of issues with these motors, i replace about 2 a week most are under warrenty so i cant have the old motor i have to turn it back in but this one i got to keep. The x13 motor is a variable speed motor that is controlled by a module that is in the top if the motor, the motor itself is actually a magnet motor which means when you spin the shaft that has the magnets on it, it produces a current into the coils of the stator…. im still learning a bit from this motor there is 3 wires im only using 2 of them in this video, im almost thinking its like a 3 phase setup but im not sure yet and wont know until i test it, so anyway if you got any hints or time just let me know.
