When installing the unloader, you will want the outer flange to be inserted past the groove on the manifold in order to secure it with the pin. If the unloader is sitting on the groove, then the pin cannot be inserted. If you cannot get the unloader past the groove, use the rubber mallet to tap the unloader into place. Be careful not to use too much force though because you can damage it if you do. The last step in this procedure is to insert the pin into the manifold to secure the unloader into place. There’s no need to adjust the unloader because it comes pre-set.
