Wholesale Discount TU-1J03 thermal wax actuator for thermostatic radiator valve to Qatar Manufacturer Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

This project demonstrates input/output (I/O) port interrupts of the M430G2553 chip using a 28BYJ-48 5V stepper motor, a ULN2003 darlington sink driver (motor driver), 2 LEDs, 2 de-bounced push-buttons, 3 normal push-buttons, an LM317L adjustable voltage regulator, and a 9V battery to design a washing machine application on a breadboard.
This washing machine application is from chapter 9 of the book ‘Programmable Microcontrollers with Applications using the MSP430 Launchpad’ by Cem Unsalan and H. Deniz Gurhan.
I’ve migrated this project from the Launchpad to a breadboard and modified the code and hardware. I’m using the M430G2553 chip. I added an LM317L adjustable voltage regulator to give the chip power on the breadboard via a 9V battery. I added a RESET button. If you have any questions let me know and I’ll try and answer them as best I can

How to remove, clean, and reinstall the throttle body on a 4.2 inline 6 trailblazer.
This procedure is usually done if the engine idles rough or stalls with the a/c or defrost on AFTER the battery has been disconnected.
I also show an alternate method for resetting the pcm. (I found this tip in a post by mwfaith1971 on trailvoy)
Update 3/1/12 – Frequently asked questions:
Q- why do you pull those fuses?
A- to reset the pcm WITHOUT disconnecting the battery
Q- why don’t you disconnect the battery?
A- that could potentially cause hvac actuator failure, moreso in the older ones like my 03…YOU can reset the pcm however you want to in yours:)
Q- can I pull the fuses and then clean the throttle body?
A- absolutely!
Edit 7/2014 – Sorry looks like I have to close comments on this one. Too many peeps trying to promote their shitty channels and giving horrible advice. I’ve probably done this procedure more times then all of you assholes combined so I think I know what the fuck I’m talking about. Thanks for letting me know how much I suck, 169,000 peeps will tell you otherwise.
