Factory Promotional TU-1C03 thermal wax actuator for industrial adjustable temperature switch control Wholesale to Puerto Rico Detail:

1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

2. Characteristic

(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.

(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety

(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.

(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.

(5)Working life is long.

3.Main Technical Parameters

(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters

(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.

(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.

(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.

(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

  • FANUC Welding Robots – https://fanucrobotics.com/Products/Robots/welding-robots.aspx

This video demonstrates the benefits of using FANUC Robotics compact and flexible arc welding system. The system seen here features a DualARM controlled FANUC R-1000iA/80F robot and FANUC ARC Mate 100iC welding robot.

The FANUC R-1000iA/80F robot in the foreground transfers an exhaust manifold part with an attached weld coupon to the load zone equipped with Dual Check Safety, where an operator safely exchanges the welded coupon.

After the weld coupon is exchanged, the operator signals the system to start production. The ARC Mate 100iC welding robot works in coordinated motion with the R-1000iA/80F robot to simulate the weld path. This welding demonstration cell showcases FANUC Robotics’ advanced ArcTool application software, which monitors the weld. The Lincoln Electric Power Wave® R350 used in this system provides an extremely stable arc response for optimized performance in robotic arc welding.

The R-1000iA robot has a slim design, allowing customers to reduce the overall size of their automation system by using more robots in each work cell, or making work cells with a single robot significantly smaller.

The ARC Mate 100iC robot with ServoTorch is a six-axis welding robot with a compact design, class-leading operation efficiency, speed, load capacity, and enhanced performance for welding parts of all shapes and sizes.

Here, the robots are using iRVision Weld Tip Inspection to verify the condition of the welding tips. iRVision Tip Inspection software verifies that the welding tip is in good condition, and properly aligned to help arc and spot welding customers reduce product issues and scrap/rework costs caused by poor tip conditions.

The robots now perform a live weld on the weld coupon. The ARC Mate 100iC robot with ServoTorch ensures low-spatter arc starting while providing stable wire feed control through the FANUC Servo motor and wrist-mounted wire feed drive.
