    According to the view of the Photo / diagram, One belt is connecting from drive motor to Alternater and another belt from Alternator to flywheel.
    When the Alternator and flywheel get driven by the Drive motor by appling the grid Electricity. The Alternator RPM reaches around 1500 rpm (approx), So that, There will be a voltage production from the Alternator that will be about 230 volts along with particular amount of Hz & Amps

    The above voltage (230 v) may be fed to drive motor through a changeover switching, But the 230 volts may not be sufficiant to run the Drive Motor.
