Special Design for TU-1K01 thermal wax actuator for electric switch valve for Atlanta Importers Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

Well-run equipment, professional sales team, and better after-sales services; We are also a unified big family, everyone stick to the company value "unification, dedication, tolerance" for Special Design for TU-1K01 thermal wax actuator for electric switch valve for Atlanta Importers, The product will supply to all over the world, such as: Greece , Hanover , French , Many years of work experience, we have realized the importance of providing good quality products and the best before-sales and after-sales services. Most problems between suppliers and clients are due to poor communication. Culturally, suppliers can be reluctant to question things they do not understand. We break down those barriers to ensure you get what you want to the level you expect, when you want it. faster delivery time and the product you want is our Criterion .
In this video, I have a 98 chevy pickup with a coolant temp gauge that started to read lower then normal. The problem that a lot of folks run into is that there are two temperature sensors in this engine. This also applies to the same era tahoes and suburbans with the 5.7 liter engine.
I test the temp gauge itself to rule out the gauge as being the problem. If the gauge itself has an internal problem that won’t let it go past 1/4 of the way up, then replacing the sensor would be a waste of time and money. In a future video I will replace the sensor and we’ll see if it’s fixed.

How to Raise Chickens, see my entire video guide here:
Lyons ROLL-X RX2 Incubator is demonstrated here, pieces and parts. This unit is interesting as it has a back up thermostat in case the first solid state thermostat fails. These units are VERY expensive, but they will last for many years of incubating. I wish the power cord was longer, and that the rollers rolled easier. Other than that, this is a stellar unit. You can add water, increasing the relative humidity, without opening the incubator. Get replacement parts here: https://www.lyonelectric.com/html/incubation_html/rx2_parts.html
