1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.

This is a End effector that uses a small standard size RC motor with a worm gear to to open and close the gripper. Lithium Fluoride is used for windows, lenses and prisms in the vacuum UV, UV, visible and infrared where transmission in the range 0.15µm to 6µm is desired. The refractive index varies from about 1.4 to 1.3 in this range. These crystals are optically isotropic, middle hard, unsolubale in water. Modest precautions should be taken against moisture and high energy radiation damage. LiF is attacked by atmospheric moisture at 400° C, and softens at 600° C. LiF is sensitive to thermal shock. This is the best VUV transmitter available.
