1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

Wilhelm Bauer, an entrepreneur from Esslingen, first began eliminating the transmission shaft from machine tools and production machinery back in 1927. He put into practice the brilliant idea of the gear motor and gave an electric high-speed motor a gear wheel mechanism using the appropriate gear ratio. Over the decades, the company has acquired a wealth of knowledge that has been supplemented and passed on. Bauer paved the way for many new gear motor solutions and will continue to do so in the future.
In 2011 Bauer Gear Motor was acquired by Altra Industrial Motion, a leading global manufacturer of electromechanical components for the whole drivetrain. As a result of the expansion, the floor space in the production facility for the assembly of gear motors will be increased to around 6,000 m2. The implementation of energy efficiency measures will enable energy requirements for electricity and processing heat to be reduced by more than 30%. The production facility is due to go into operation by December 2014 and occupation of the office building is planned for March 2015.

Working principle and main characteristic
Working principle:
When bottles are sent to the machine by conveyor continuously, they firstly are deliveried to the receiving wheel by air-slide conveyor and then to washing part. The bottle clamps hold the bottles and trun over 180°to wash, then return back to their original position after enough washing and drying. Then, the bottles are sent to the middle thumb wheel 1 and to the filling part to be filled, then moved by middle thumb wheel 2 and reach to capping part to be capped, at the same time, cap trimmer sends caps to the top of the bottles and capper screws caps. At last, bottles are sent to the conveyor chain by the out stirring wheel to next working position.
