Cheapest Price TU-032 thermostatic cartridge wax sensor for sanitary ware for Luxembourg Importers Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

For more information on this topic, I have written a “field manual” called Engine Performance Diagnostics which is available at www.scannerdanner.com as an eBook or paper book.
Want even more diagnostic training? Whether you are a DIY trying to fix your own car, someone looking to become an auto technician, or a current auto technician that wants to get more into diagnostics, subscribe to ScannerDanner Premium right here on YouTube. There is a 14 day free trial.
On ScannerDanner Premium I will bring you right into my classroom at Rosedale Technical College. You will find page for page lectures taken right from my book as well as exclusive classroom type case studies. What is so special about these classroom case studies? I pull live problem vehicles directly into my classroom and we troubleshoot them in real time, using and applying the theory and testing procedures we learn during the classroom lectures. There is no better on-line training of how to troubleshoot automotive electrical and electronics systems anywhere!

This is one of the available climate control panels for your vehicle. If your vehicle is equipped with a different climate control system, see your Owner’s Manual for additional information.
This is the panel you’ll use to set the climate control system. Press the ON/OFF button to turn the climate controls on or off.
The auto mode may be used all year round. To turn ON, press this button for automatic cooling or dehumidified heating. The indicator light turns ON when the system is activated. Set it to the desired temperature. It will automatically regulate and maintain fan speed, air flow and temperature in the cabin. The auto function can be turned OFF by pressing:
● the DEFROST buttons,
● the AIR FLOW CONTROL/MODE button,
● the AIR RECIRCULATION buttons,
● the A/C button, or
● by manually changing the fan speed.
To reactivate automatic control, press the AUTO button again.
Your vehicle has separate temperature controls for the driver and front seat passenger. The driver’s temperature controls will set the temperature for both the driver and passenger if the DUAL control button is NOT activated. Press the up arrow for warm or the down arrow for cooler air. If you want to adjust the passenger side temperature independently from the driver’s side, press this button marked DUAL. Press the up arrow for warm or the down arrow for cooler air. To switch back to driver control, press the DUAL button again.
If you want to change how the auto function has set airflow coming through the vents, press the MODE button. Your airflow choices will be displayed on the monitor. Press MODE repeatedly to select from these choices:
● air will flow from center and side vents,
● from center, side and foot vents,
● mainly from foot vents, or
● from the defroster and foot vents.
In hot or humid conditions, a visible mist may be seen coming from the vents. This does not indicate a malfunction.
To recirculate air inside your vehicle, press the AIR RECIRCULATION button and an indicator light will illuminate. This helps A/C efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin. Press again to draw in fresh outside air. Please be aware that if the DEFROSTER switch is ON, the air recirculation feature will not activate.
Allowing outside air to enter the vehicle further improves defogging performance. Press the AUTOMATIC AIR INTAKE CONTROL button to allow the system to automatically control the air recirculation feature.
Press THIS button to control fan speed. When you use these controls, the automatic climate control will turn OFF. To return to automatic climate control, press the AUTO button.
Press the A/C button to turn the air conditioning ON. An indicator light will illuminate. Press again to turn OFF.
To defrost or defog front and side windows, press the FRONT DEFROSTER button. The indicator light will illuminate. Air flow will be directed to the front and side windows. If your vehicle is in dual mode, switching on DEFROST will automatically revert to driver control, so both sides of the windshield will defrost evenly. Adjust the driver’s side temperature controls to a setting that will best meet weather conditions. For windshield deicing, your temperature selector should be set to maximum heat. Also, using the manual fan control, set your fan speed to high. As soon as possible after the windshield is cleared, press the AUTO button to return to auto mode. The system will return to your previous settings.
To defrost or defog the rear window and, if so equipped, the outside mirrors, press the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER button. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, press again to turn OFF. If not turned OFF manually, the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER will automatically turn OFF in a period of time.
Press the ON/OFF button, to turn the system OFF.
Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations and additional operating information.
