China Gold Supplier for TU-1C07 thermal wax actuator for air conditioner and compressor for Latvia Factory Detail:
1. Operation Principle
The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.
2. Characteristic
(1)Small body size, occupied limited space, and its size and structure may be designed in according to the location where needs to work.
(2)Temperature control is reliable and nicety
(3)No shaking and tranquilization in working condition.
(4)The element doesn’t need special maintenance.
(5)Working life is long.
3.Main Technical Parameters
(1)Handspike’s height may be confirmed by drawing and technical parameters
(2)Handspike movement is relatives to the temperature range of the element, and the effective distance range is from 1.5mm to 20 mm.
(3)Temperature control range of thermal wax actuator is between –20 ~ 230℃.
(4)Lag phenomenon is generally 1 ~ 2℃. Friction of each component part and lag of the component part temperature cause a lag phenomenon. Because there is a difference between up and down curve of traveling distance.
(5)Loading force of thermal wax actuator is difference, it depends on its’ shell size.

For more information on this topic, I have written a “field manual” called Engine Performance Diagnostics which is available at www.scannerdanner.com as an eBook or paper book.
Want even more diagnostic training? Whether you are a DIY trying to fix your own car, someone looking to become an auto technician, or a current auto technician that wants to get more into diagnostics, subscribe to ScannerDanner Premium right here on YouTube. There is a 14 day free trial.
On ScannerDanner Premium I will bring you right into my classroom at Rosedale Technical College. You will find page for page lectures taken right from my book as well as exclusive classroom type case studies. What is so special about these classroom case studies? I pull live problem vehicles directly into my classroom and we troubleshoot them in real time, using and applying the theory and testing procedures we learn during the classroom lectures. There is no better on-line training of how to troubleshoot automotive electrical and electronics systems anywhere!
This is the climate control panel for your vehicle. Press the CLIMATE button on the control panel to switch the lower touch screen display to the climate control system.
The AUTO mode may be used all year round. The system automatically regulates and maintains fan speed, airflow and temperature in the cabin. To turn the system ON, press the AUTO button. The indicator light turns ON when the system is activated.
Changing the fan speed or air flow mode turns off the AUTO function and switches the system to manual control. To reactivate automatic control, press the AUTO button.
Your vehicle has separate temperature control buttons for the driver and front seat passenger. Press this button to set a lower temperature or this button to set a warmer temperature.
If you use the passenger’s side temperature control buttons, the passenger’s side temperature will be adjusted independently of the driver’s side and the DUAL control indicator light will illuminate.
If the DUAL mode is not active, the driver’s temperature control buttons set the temperature for both the driver and passenger.
Press this button to choose from the available airflow modes:
• Air will flow from center and side vents
• Air will flow from center and side vents and foot outlets
• Air will flow mainly from foot outlets
• Air will flow from the defroster and foot outlets
The selected air flow mode is displayed on the screen.
Touch the A/C key on the screen to turn the air conditioning ON or OFF. The A/C indicator light on the lower touch screen display will turn on or off.
Intake air control is automatically regulated in AUTO mode. Press this button to manually alternate between recirculating inside air and drawing outside air into the cabin. The indicator light on the button illuminates when the air recirculation mode is selected.
The air recirculation mode increases air conditioning efficiency and helps block outside odors from entering the cabin.
To return to automatic control of the air intake mode, touch the AUTO RECIRC key on the screen.
Use the fan speed control buttons to adjust the fan speed. Press the button with the larger fan icon to increase fan speed. Press the button with the smaller fan icon to decrease fan speed.
To defrost or defog the front and side windows, press the DEFROST switch. The indicator light will illuminate. Airflow will be directed to the front and side windows.
In the DEFROST mode, the Air Conditioner activates automatically at temperatures above 23 degrees and the air recirculation mode automatically turns off, allowing outside air to be drawn into the passenger compartment to improve the defogging and deicing performance. For windshield deicing, the temperature should be set to maximum heat and the fan speed set to the high setting.
To defrost or defog the rear window and the outside mirrors, push the REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER switch. The indicator light will illuminate. After defrosting, push the switch again to turn OFF. If not turned OFF manually, this feature will automatically deactivate after approximately 15 minutes.
There are temperature sensors located on the lower instrument panel and on top of the dashboard near the windshield that help regulate the automatic climate control settings. Do not put anything on or around these sensors.
To turn the entire climate control system OFF, press the ON/OFF button.
