1. Operation Principle

The Thermostatic Wax that has been sealed in shell body induces expansion by a given temperature, and inner rubber seal part drives its handspike to move under expansion pressure to realize a transition from thermal energy into mechanical energy. The Thermostatic Wax brings an upward movement to its handspike, and automatic control of various function are realized by use of upward movement of handspike. The return of handspike is accomplished by negative load in a given returned temperature.

    This project is about a Temperature controlled Fan, and it’s done using arduino and an FSM code. The project is constructed to measure the Temperature of the surrounding environment then changes the speed of the fan rotation according to the given value by the sensor. There are different states in this project for example if the measured temperature is less than 23 the fan have to rotate with 20% speed.if the temperature is between 23 and 27 the fan have to rotate with 40% speed, if the temperature is between 27 and 30 the fan have to rotate with 60% speed, if the temperature is between 30 and 34 the fan have to rotate with 80% speed, and finally if the temperature is above 34 the fan have to rotate with 100% speed.
